Application for Auto renewal of license as Repairer of weighs and measures
Dear user, you will be redirected to EODB portal for this service. If not already registered, please register first otherwise login to avail the service.
- If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
- Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
- After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
- Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
- Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
- An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
- After successful completion of the service, Application for Renewal of Fertilizer Licence – Manufacturing is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.
Supporting Documents :
1. Upload photo of Managing Director, in case of Limited Company
2. Upload photo of Proprietor , in case of Proprietorship
3. Upload photo of Managing Partner, in case of Partnership firm
4. Copy of the current Trade licence issued by concerned Municipal Corporation /Board/Town Committee/Gaon Panchayat
5. GST Registration Certificate or exemption declaration by the applicant (if applicable)
6. Existing valid Repairing Licence Document
7. Address proof of the Skilled Worker(s)
8. Group Photo of the Applicant(s) and skilled worker(s)
9. Quarterly returns for the period January to March, April to June, July to September of the current year and October to December of the preceding year
Required Fee.
a. Rs. 500/- per year for repairing all types of weights, capacity measures, length measures, beam scales and counter machines.
b. Rs. 1000/- per year for repairing weights and measures as mentioned in (a) above and other.
Security Deposit :
*Security deposit to be made by Repairer -
a. Rs. 2500/- for repairing all types of weights, capacity measures, length measures, beam scales and counter machines.
b. Rs. 5000/- for repairing weights and measures as mentioned in (a) above and other.
OFFLINE:
The head of account is "K-Deposit and Advances (B) Deposits Not Bearing Interest, 8443 Civil Deposit-103 Security Deposits".
ONLINE:
The Prescribed fees to be paid through EGRAS payment gateway only.
Timeline of Service.
15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of submission of application, completed in all respects along with documents as per checklist.
