Application For Incentives Under Assam Logistics And Warehousing Policy 2022

Dear user, you will be redirected to EODB portal for this service. If not already registered, please register first otherwise login to avail the service.

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
  6. Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  7. An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
  8. After successful completion of the service, Application For Incentives Under Assam Logistics And Warehousing Policy 2022 is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.

1. Capital Subsidy (Other than Refrigerated Vehicle)

  • UDYAM/ IEM-B (as applicable).
  • Employment Certificate from Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training.
  • Up-to-date No objection certificate from local body.
  • Up-to-date NOC from Pollution Control Board.
  • Up-to-date NOC from Fire & Emergency Services.
  • Bills & Vouchers of Eligible Items as per 4 (d) of Operational Guidelines.
  • Bank Statement indicating payment towards Eligible Items as per 4 (d) of Operational Guidelines.
  • Power Sanction Letter & Bill Covering DOCP.
  • Certificate of Fixed Capital Investment from a Chartered Accountant as per Form-I (Download Form I).
  • Certificate of Source of Finance from a Chartered Accountant as per Form-II (Download Form II).
  • Certificate of Loan Disbursement from Bank/ FI as per Form-III (Download Form III).
  • Engineers Certificate as per Form-IV (Download Form IV).

2. Capital Subsidy (for Refrigerated Vehicle)

  • Up-to-date Road Permit.
  • Up-to-date Certificate on Pollution.
  • Copy of Purchase Bills of Vehicles.
  • Bank Statement indicating payment made towards purchase of Vehicles.
  • Registration Certificates for each vehicle.
  • Insurance Certificates for each vehicle.
  • Term/ Vehicle Loan Sanction Letter.
  • Any other document.

3. Stamp Duty Reimbursement

  • Copies of land documents, statement, etc.
  • Bank Statement indicating payment made towards purchase of Vehicles.
  • Up to date non-Encumbrance certificate.
  • Trace map.
  • Any other document.

4. Capacity Building Inactive 

  • List of Employees with address Proof viz.- Voter ID/ AADHAAR Card/ Driving License or any other ID Card issued by GoA / GoI.
  • Employment Certificate from Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, GoA indicating Number of Male/ Female employees, Percentage People of Assam.
  • Training completion certificate/ letter from the training institute.
  • Bank Statement indicating the payment made towards training cost
  • Any other document

5. Purchase Incentive (Electric Bicycles in for last mile deliveries in cities)

  • UDYAM/ IEM (as applicable)
  • Up-to-date Insurance
  • Copies of Invoices
  • Bank Statement indicating payment made toward purchase of e-vehicles
  • Copies of Registration Certificates of e-vehicles.
  • Copies of Vehicle/ Term Loan sanction letters
  • Any other document

6. Purchase Incentive (Hybrid or Plug-in-Electric or Electric Cargo Vehicles)

  • UDYAM/ IEM (as applicable)
  • Up-to-date Insurance
  • Up-to-date Road Tax Paid Certificate
  • Copies of Invoices
  • Copies of Road tax Paid
  • Bank Statement indicating payment made toward purchase of vehicles
  • Copies of Registration Certificates of e-vehicles.
  • Copies of Vehicle/ Term Loan sanction letters
  • Any other document

It is an act to provide for the delivery of notified public services to the people of the state of Assam within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. The Assam government passed the RTPS Act in 2012.

Visit the Sewa Setu portal. Click on “Register” or “Login” on the homepage. This is located in the top right corner or the Login card of the portal. For new users click on "New User" and enter your mobile number and OTP, then provide personal details (name, DOB, etc.). Create login credentials. Submit the registration form. Check for a confirmation message. Login to your account.

This Act will help citizens access services in a time-bound manner and create a formal appellate process in the case of non-compliance.

Citizens can apply for any of the services notified under the ARTPS Act at this ARTPS Portal or any Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) or any Citizen Service Centre (CSC).

The citizen shall receive an acknowledgment after submission of the application by the Designated Officer or his/her authorized representative.
