Know Your Service

Building Permission upto Ground+2 storied under Mukhya Mantrir Sohoj Griha Nirman Achoni

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
  6. Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  7. An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
  8. After successful completion of the service within 30 working days, Building Permission upto Ground+2 storied under Mukhya Mantrir Sohoj Griha Nirman Achoni (GMC) is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.

Supporting Documents:

  1. Trace map of the proposed site indicating the Dag no, Patta no, Revenue Village, Mouza and the Town of the concerned District.
  2. A key plan of the showing natural channels, drains, roads and landmarks.
  3. A site plan drawn to a minimum scale 1:200 with detailed schedule of the plot.
  4. A building plan accurately drawn in a minimum scale of 1:100 with dimensions in meters.
  5. A Certificate of supervision in form no. 7(A).
  6. Area statement in Form no. 22.
  7. Amended From 23 vide Clause 23 of amended Byelaws, 2020.
  8. Form no. 6 in case of building located in hilly topography and in slopes above 30%.
  9. Indemnity Bond in Appendix - IV for basement and retaining wall only.
  10. An undertaking signed by the land owner or Power of Attorney Holder or Builder or Promoter or the Applicant as per Appendix - V of the bylaws.
  11. The party/Applicant should submit an affidavit along with the application form declaring the following: (a) Particulers of land, (b) Ownership of land, (c) That they shall construct the building as per approved plan (d) They shall submit completion certificate prior to obtaining electric connection (e) That applicant will not occupy the building without obtaining the occupancy certificate (f) They shall not change the RTP during the construction period without prior notice to the Authority, and if the change has taken place the new RTP/Applicant has to fullfill all the formalities completed by the earlier RTP.
  12. The up to date property tax paid receipt to be submitted, in case of existing building/structure, if any.
  13. Service plan showing provision of all the services as provided in the bylaws.
  14. Detailed parking plan in appropriate scale where applicable.
  15. Ownership document of land, sale deed, mutation/jamabandi/patta/power of attorney.
  16. Any other document that the applicant feels necessary for consideration by the Authority.
  17. Construction Estimate.

Stipulated Time Limit : 30 Days (If there is no complaint / objection).

Fees : 

  1. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
  2. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
  3. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
  4. Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-
