Know Your Service

Holding Mutation

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
  6. Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  7. An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
  8. After successful completion of the service within 30 working days, Holding Mutation Certificate is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.

Inheritance -

  1. Death certificate [Mandatory]
  2. Up-to-date tax receipt [Mandatory]
  3. Land Mutation Order [Mandatory]
  4. Land Jamabandi Order [Mandatory]
  5. Next of Kin Certificate [Mandatory]
  6. NOC from other legal heirs [Mandatory, if other heirs applicable as per Next of Kin Certificate]
  7. ID proof of applicant (PAN/Aadhaar/ DL/ Passport) [Mandatory]
  8. Solid Waste collection money receipt, if available
  9. During hearing: Authorization Letter from applicant when applicant/parties is/are absent on the date of hearing and original copies of documents/ letter from bank if any of the original documents is/are kept with the Bank as mortgage against loan taken by applicant/ parties.

Sale/ Purchase/ Partition of Property -

  1. Registered Sale deed/ Gift deed/ Partition deed, as applicable [Mandatory]
  2. Land Mutation Order Copy [Mandatory]
  3. Land Jamabandi Order Copy [Mandatory]
  4. Up-to-date tax receipt [Mandatory]
  5. NOC from third party, if applicable [Mandatory if sale/ purchase/ partition deed is between more than two parties]
  6. Solid Waste collection money receipt, if available
  7. ID proof of applicant/ parties (PAN/Aadhaar/ DL/ Passport)[Mandatory]
  8. During hearing: (1) Authorization Letter from applicant when applicant/parties is/are absent on the date of hearing and (2) original copies of documents/ letter from bank if any of the original documents is/are kept with the Bank as mortgage against loan taken by applicant/ parties.

  1. Death certificate [Mandatory]

  4. Probate Case Order [Mandatory]
  5. Land Mutation Order Copy [Mandatory]
  6. Land Jamabandi Order / Kheeraj Miyadi Patta Copy [Mandatory]
  7. NOC from other legal heirs [Mandatory, if other heir applicable as per Next of Kin Certificate]
  8. ID proof of applicant [Mandatory]
  9. Solid Waster collection money receipt, if available
  10. During hearing: (1) Authorization Letter from applicant when applicant/parties is/are absent on the date of hearing and (2) Original copies of documents/ letter from bank if any of the original documents is/are kept with the Bank as mortgage against loan taken by applicant/ parties

Stipulated Time Limit : Within 30 days.

Fees :

  1. Application fee Rs. 100/-
  2. Stamp duty Fees: (1) Stamp duty 5% for 1 year (if application date is within 1 year of sale/ partition/ gift/ will date) & (2) Penalty per year: 8% of 5% stamp duty (if applied after 1 yr. of sale)
  3. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC) – Rs. 10 Per Page
  4. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC)- Rs. 5 Per Page
  5. Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-
