- Please
provide a valid mobile number. Without a valid mobile number,
registration may be subject to cancellation.
- Applicants must fill out the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- After the successful submission of the form, an acknowledgment will be generated containing the application reference number (Unique ID). For further communication, use this Unique ID and mobile number.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS :-
- Applicant's
Photo [Mandatory]. Size will be Maximum of 100 KB.
- Proof
of Date of Birth ( Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card /PAN of Applicant [Mandatory].
Size will be Maximum of 150 KB.
