Registration of Contractors - Soil Conservation

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  7. After successful submission of documents, Registration of Contractors   will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.

About Service in brief:  Registration Of Contractors to any individual or legal entity either partnership or proprietorship firm or private or public limited company, in order to participate in any Tendering process issued by the Department, has to be registered in the Department.

Eligibility Criteria:  Any applicant who is an individual or legal entity either partnership or proprietorship firm or private or public limited company is eligible to use the service.

Supporting Documents :

  1. PAN Card
  2. Aadhaar Card
  3. Voter ID
  4. GST Registration Certificate
  5. Affidavit for No Litigation or No Criminal Record
  6. Affidavit for Tools & Machineries.
  7. Anti-termite treatment Certificate
  8. Self Declaration with Pass Certificate of Key Personnel.
  9. Court Affidavit for Un-employment.
  10. Up-to-date Trade license
  11. Up-to-date labour license (for construction works)
  12. Up-to-date Bank solvency certificate
  13. Attested photograph
  14. Police Verification Report/Valid Passport
  15. Income Tax Returned Certificate (Up to date)
  16. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  17. Previous Registration Certificate, if any
  18. Work orders and work done/work completion certificates as prime contractor in other Government Department/Government Corporation/ Central Public Enterprise under Government of undertaking/Board/ Committee India reflecting nature of work demonstrating experience for last three years.
  19. Partnership Firm Registration Certificate.
  20. Partnership Deed
  21. Power of Attorney
  22. Certificate of Incorporation
  23. Memorandum of Association & Article of Association
  24. Qualification certificate (pass certificate from AICTE’s Approved Institution) and one Court Affidavit for un-employment)
  25. Declaration with pass certificate of key personnel (For Applicants other than BE/BTech Civil)
  26. Machineries in Affidavit form duly notarized

Stipulated Time Limit : 30 days

Fees:

    1. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30
    2. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page
    3. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
    4. Application Fee - Rs. 500
    5. Convenience Fee - Rs. 10
