Renewal of Registration Card of employment seeker in Employment Exchange

An applicant may apply “Renewal of Registration Card in Employment Exchange” in RTPS portal:

·         Applicant already has digital registration card obtained from RTPS portal only. (For renewal from paper-based, please go to Re-registration service)

·         The registration card has been expired but the current date of renewal application falls within grace period of 60 days from the date of expiry.

·         The renewal service is contactless. Once the application data is fetched by submitting the registration details, the system automatically fetches the whole of the application form details and on submit, the system will automatically generate the final output certificate (the Renewed Registration Card).

    1. A valid Registration Card which is expired and is not crossed 60 days from the date of expiry.

     

    Stipulated Time Limit: Auto Instant Delivery ( 0 days)

    Fees: 

    1. Statutory charges: NIL
    2. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30
    3. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page
    4. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page
    5. Convenience fee - Rs. 10

NOTICE:  It is for information to all concerned that following 3 (three ) nos. of Non AADHAAR based services under Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department are applicable only for those candidates whose AADHAAR Cards have been kept on hold due to NRC related issues and for the sole purpose of applying in the Class III/ IV recruitment process. They will approach the concerned Employment Exchanges for manual verification of documents if eligible otherwise.

It is an act to provide for the delivery of notified public services to the people of the state of Assam within the stipulated time limit and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. The Assam government passed the RTPS Act in 2012.

Visit the Sewa Setu portal. Click on “Register” or “Login” on the homepage. This is located in the top right corner or the Login card of the portal. For new users click on "New User" and enter your mobile number and OTP, then provide personal details (name, DOB, etc.). Create login credentials. Submit the registration form. Check for a confirmation message. Login to your account.

This Act will help citizens access services in a time-bound manner and create a formal appellate process in the case of non-compliance.

Citizens can apply for any of the services notified under the ARTPS Act at this ARTPS Portal or any Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) or any Citizen Service Centre (CSC).

The citizen shall receive an acknowledgment after submission of the application by the Designated Officer or his/her authorized representative.
