Seeking approval to commence power supply in sub-station exceeding 650 volts
Dear user, you will be redirected to EODB portal for this service. If not already registered, please register first otherwise login to avail the service.
- If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
- Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
- After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
- Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
- Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
- An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
- After successful completion of the service, Application for renewal of license of escalators/lift is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.
Supporting Documents :
- Required Documents to avail the service (Upload scanned copies of the original documents).
- Only dry-type of transformers shall be used for installations inside the residential & commercial buildings.
- Oil filled transformers installed indoors other than in residential or commercial buildings are to be placed at the ground floor or not below the first basement.
- Single line diagram of the installation showing supply & load side.
- Front & Plan view and equipment layout diagrams with dimensions and clearance from nearby structures/buildings.
- A sketch showing earthing system.
- In case of consumers installation, the following additional documents are to be furnished: Copy of load sanction letter.
- A copy of permission / NOC for construction of the building / installation and approved drawing from Municipal / Development / Appropriate local Authority.
- Copy of No Objection or otherwise permission from appropriate owner of the land/ premises, in case the applicant is not the owner.
- Manufacture test certificate of the Transformer, Circuit Breaker & other prime equipments.
- A detail load schedule of the connected load and test report of the internal electrical installation including earth system with due seal and signature of contractor /authorized person(s) and countersigned by the consumer / owner / occupier or its agent.
- Electrical lay out drawings that show the appropriate ratings / types / sizes of all electrical Generators, equipments, accessories etc. in the single line diagram and dimensions/clearances etc. in the physical layout plan & in the details of earthing layout plan including panels.

Stipulated Time Limit : 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of submission of application, complete in all respects along with documents as per checklist.
Fees:
- Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30
- Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page
- Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
