- 1. About Service in brief: Issuance of Registration Certificate along with the Certificate of Survey to any eligible applicant/owner whose inland mechanically propelled vessel has to proceed on any voyage or be used for any service as per the Inland Vessel Act, 2021 from Regulatory Authority.
- 2. Eligibility criteria: Any applicant who is the owner or master of any inland mechanically propelled vessel which has to be proceeded on any voyage or be used for any service as per the Inland Vessel Act, 2021 Following mandatory Documents to be uploaded along with the online application :

1. Address Proof of applicant-Passport,Bank Passbook,Voter ID,Latest electricity bill with payment receipt,Aadhaar,Driving License.[Any One]
2. ID Proof of applicant-Passport, PAN Card,Voter ID,Bank Passbook,Driving License.[Any One]
3. Self Declaration of Ownership.[Format available online in the requirement section of the service]
4. Hull and Passenger Insurance Copy.[Upload this document after receiving the Certificate of Survey]
5. Certificate of Competency/Permit of Crews. [Any One]
Fee Details:
1. Registration Fee Rs: 100 /- (At the time of submission of application)
2. Convenience Fee Rs: 10/- (At the time of submission of application)
3. Survey Fee (As per the annexure I mentioned in the Inland Vessel Act 1917)
Rate of Survey Fees:
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 100 tons 25/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 200 tons 40/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 350 tons 50/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 700 tons 60/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 1000 tons 80/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of less than 1500 tons 100/-
For Mechanically Propelled vessels of more than 1500 tons 120/-
Service will be delivered within 15 working days from the date of uploading of all the above documents.
