Know Your Service

Upgradation of Contractors to Assam Public Works (NH) Department Class II

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  7. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.
  8. If all processes are correct than a date is assigned for Physical inspection. The applicant will get notified about the inspection details over SMS and Email.
  9. If the Inspection is successful, the applicant will be notified to pay the requisite animal tax and application fee over SMS and Email.
  10. After successful submission of documents, the Certiciate will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.

Supporting Documents :

A. For Fresh Registration:-

  1. Court Fee of Rs. 8.25/-
  2. Current Registration/previous Registration.
  3. Upto date GST clearance Certificate.
  4. PAN card.
  5. Up-to-date Labour License
  6. Police Verification Report/Valid Pass port
  7. Bank name/Branch name with IFS code & up-to-date  Bank Solvency Certificate
  8. Address Proof (Electricity bill, Voter ID, Driving Licence & other Govt. notified document)
  9. Cast certificate
  10. Previous Work Order
  11. Work Completion Certificate
  12. 2(Two) recent Passport size photograph
  13. Annual financial year turnover from registered C.A.

Documents in respect of execution of NH works having minimum value of single works as below:-

Class II: Rs. 10.00 Lakhs.

  1.  For Proprietorship Firm Registration: An Affidavit for sole Proprietorship of firm.
  2. In case of Partnership firm: a) Firm Registration certificate

                                         b) Partnership Deed

                                              c) General Power of Attorney

                                              d) Police Verification report of all partner’s of the firm

  1. In case of Company:           a) Registration Certificate of company

                                         b) Memorandum, of Association & Article of Association.

                                         c) General Power of Attorney

  1. Affidavit of tools and machineries.
  2. All documents must be dully attested.
  3. Technical Person: 1(one) J.E. (C) alongwith declaration & pass certificate.

Firm/Company is considered as General category.

 

The Contractor/Firm/Company is requested to submit the FDR pledge to the Superintending Engineer, PWD, Guwahati NH Circle, Chandmari, Guwahati-03 as Security Deposit money after the approval of the registration proposal by the undersigned.

The FDR must be submitted within 1 month from the issue date of approval letter.

 

 

 

C. For Renewal Registration:-

  1. Court Fee of Rs.8.25/-
  2. Previous Registration.
  3. GST Certificate.
  4. PAN card.
  5. Work Order
  6. Work Completion Certificate
  7. Up-to-date Labour License.

 

All documents must be dully attested

      

  N.B: The above condition is subject to change as per Govt. Notification and Order.



Stipulated Time Limit : 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of submission of application

Fees :

  1. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
  2. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
  3. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
  4. Convenience fee - Rs. 10
