Cess Pool Service

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
  5. On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
  6. Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
  7. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  8. Once the slot is allotted by a higher official an SMS and Email is sent to the applicant on the re-booked slot details along with contact details of field level team for cess pool service/septic tank clearance.
  9. If the cess pool service is not completed on the allotted date then again the officer in charge re allots the slot for cess pool service/ septic tank clearance and the applicant gets notified over SMS and Email.
  10. An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
  11. After successful completion of the service within 20 working days (Normal) and 4 working days (Tatkal), Cess Pool Service/Septic Tank Clearance Certificate is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.

Stipulated Time Limit : 30 Days, Tatkal - 7 Days.

Fees :

  1. Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-

Residential Household -

    1. Rs. 2000 up to 300 cubic feet.
    2. Additional: Rs. 6/cubic feet.

Commercial Building -

    1. Rs. 4000/- upto 300 cubic feet.
    2. Additional: Rs. 12/cubic feet.

Outside GMC areas -

    1. Additional Rs. 1000/- (on request).

Tatkal -

    1. Extra Rs. 2000/- with Normal fees.
