Know Your Service
Application for recording of changes in the constitution of a Firm registered under section 63(1) and rule 4(6) of I.P. Act, 1932
Dear user, you will be redirected to EODB portal for this service. If not already registered, please register first otherwise login to avail the service.
- If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
- Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
- After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
- Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- On final submission of the form, applicant has to pay the requisite amount.
- Once the payment is successful it will be forwarded to the higher officials for further processes. An acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no., the same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
- An SMS and Email alert is sent to applicant on completion of the service. The applicant needs to respond to the SMS and Email regarding completion of the service.
- After successful completion of the service, Application for renewal of license of escalators/lift is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
Required Documents to avail the service (Upload scanned copies of the original documents).
Either a Judicial Magistrate or a Charted Accountant must be a witness. The nature of business should be stated in brief along with the names of the firm at item-A . Signatures of the partners should be given in full Form No. V. Click here to download the Form-V.
- A scanned copy of the original registered Deed of Partnership.
- A scanned copy of the original rectification Deed of Partnership (alteration in the name of the Firm or in the location of the principal place of business thereof).
- If the firm claims that Its office is situated on a land, owned by it, Proof of ownership of the land should be furnished. If the office is situated in a rented building an affidavit from the house owner along with photo ID proof of the land owner should be furnished.
- A copy of passport size photographs of all Partners along with their Aadhar Card, Voter ID & Pan Card to be furnished. This is to be self attested.
- Copy of GST Registration/VAT Registration if any is to be uploaded aong with Pan Card of the firm.
- Scanned copy of original registration certificate of the Partnership Firm.
TIMELINE
- 10 (ten) working days from the date of submission of application, complete in all respects along with documents as per checklist.

Online: The requisite fees to be paid through EGRAS payment gateway only.
