Appointment for Deed/Marriage
- If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
- Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
- After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
- Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- After successful submission of the application form, the application is being forwarded to the officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.
- An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
- In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, official will make a query for the same to which the applicant needs to respond and makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.
- If the appointment is taken for Marriage Registration, then the applicant needs to first apply for Marriage Registration and then after 30 days he/she is eligible for appointment but if the appointment is for Deed, then the applicant can take appointment on any date as mentioned in the site.
- If on that date the concerned official is not available, the official can reschedule the date. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email and if on that date the appointment is confirmed, a confirmation SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant. After 2 days of application form submission the confirmation mail will be sent to the applicant.
- Rs. 500/- in GMC area
- Rs. 250/- in Urban areas other than GMC area
- Rs. 100/- for rural areas in addition of searching fees
- Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-
