Partition of Land (Both Urban and Rural)

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents (view in the Requirements tab)
  5. An applicant has to make the payment at the time of submission of application form.
  6. Once payment is successful, application is being forwarded to the officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.
  7. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  8. After successful completion of the service within 90 working days, Application for Office Partition of Land is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.

Supporting Documents :

  1. The applicant must furnish the complete details of the land for which a copy of Jamabandi is sought by him / her such as Patta No. Dag No. and name of the Revenue village and Mauza where the land is situated.
  2. He / She must furnish up-to-date Land Revenue receipt / Land Revenue clearance receipt in respect of the land applied for.
  3. Scan Copy of Original deed.
  4. A Declaration as per Assam ceiling Act 1956 in Affidavit.

Stipulated Time Limit : 60 days (as per ARTPS citizen charter)

Fees :
