Striking out of name from patta
- All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.
- The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 2 MB and format should be pdf/JPEG. No other format will be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Striking of names from patta can be applied only by the recorded Pattadars having possession over the scheduled land.
- There should not be any dispute regarding the ownership/possession over the scheduled land.
Supporting Documents :
- Jamabandi Copy of the proposed Land.
- Last/ Up-to-date Land Revenue receipt(to be auto-fetched through e-Khajana).
- Self-declaration on oath by applicant that he has title and possession, and w.r.t the pattadar
(whose name is to be stricken out)declaring that the said pattadar does not have any title and possession over the land of the said patta.
Eligibility Criteria
- It can be applied for only by the recorded Pattadars having possession over the scheduled land.
- There should not be any dispute regarding the ownership/possession over the scheduled land.
Stipulated Time Limit : 60 (Sixty) working days.
Fees :
- User Charge: Nil
- Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
- Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
- Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
- Convenience fee - Rs. 10
