Mutation by right of inheritance
- All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.
- The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 2 MB and format should be pdf/JPEG. No other format will be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A pattadar or his/her legal heir or attorney holder or anyone having interest over the land.
- Any individual/institution etc. who has been allotted Govt. land.
- If Mutation is sought by way of inheritance:
a. Proof of death of the deceased pattadar.
b. An affidavit swearing that :
i) Applicant is the son/daughter/wife/legal heirs of the deceased pattadar.
ii) Applicant has not transferred the property to any one earlier nor mortgaged/nor created any charge over the property to be mutated.
iii) The person to whom the applicant applied as successor had not transferred the property during his/her lifetime.
c. NoC obtained from DC in case of transfer of land (Not applicable in case of Mutation by inheritance)
Stipulated Time Limit:
- Field Mutation in Rural areas: Fifteen (15) working days.
- Office Mutation in Urban areas: Sixty (60) working days.
Fees :
- User Service Charge - Rs.500/-
- Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
- Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
- Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
- Convenience fee - Rs. 10
