Reclassification of agricultural land to non agricultural land less than 1 bigha

- The format of the document should be pdf. No other format will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria:
Only patta holders can apply for the Reclassification of Land. Applicants can be multiple co-pattadars of the same patta. In one application, applicants can apply for a single patta only.
Supporting Documents:
- Up-to-date Land Revenue Receipt.
- Last/ Up-to-date Land Revenue receipt(to be auto-fetched through e-Khajana).
Eligibility Criteria
1. Only Pattadar can apply for the Reclassification of Land. Application can be submitted by multiple co-pattadars of the same patta, however, applicants can apply for only a single patta in one application.
Stipulated Time Limit : Sixty (60) working days.
