Settlement of Special Cultivators
CLARIFICATION
- For any particular service under Mission Basundhara 2.0, if a citizen applies under the category of SC and ST, they need to submit caste certificate. No document is required for citizens applying under general caste category.
- Additionally, SC/ST/OBC/MBOC can apply with their old caste certificate also but in the process, they will be redirected to Bhumiputra portal for applying for the Bhumiputra certificate.
- Following categories will get additional concession of 25% on the payable premium : - SC, ST, persons with disabilities who do not have regular source of income, widows having no earning members in the family.
- In case any official involved in the process of service delivery asks/demands any undue favour from the citizens in cash or kind then it must be reported to the Grievance Section of the RTPS Portal or the Helpline No. 1800-345-3574, so that corrective measures can be taken at the earliest.
- All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.
- The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 2 MB and format should be pdf/JPEG. No other format will be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria:
Settlement of government land under this service to small tea growers/ other special cultivators viz. rubber, coffee. As per Land Policy 2019, small growers of special cultivation to be provided with 30 bighas of land and in case of additional settlement of land, it should not exceed 75 bighas in aggregate after realization of premium.
Preference to be given to the following criteria:
- Indigenous Youths below poverty line.
- Other indigenous educated unemployed Youths.
- Provided further that, such small growers of special cultivation shall have to be registered under the Tea/Rubber Board of India/Coffee Board of India/Director of Tea Assam.
Supporting Documents:
- Cultivation registration card/ License from designated State or central Board.
- Touzi bahira receipt (If any)/Bedakhali Jorimona paid receipt (If any).
Stipulated Time Limit : The service will get delivered by 5th August, 2023.
Fees:
- Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
- Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
- Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
- User Charge - Rs 50/-
- Convenience fee - Rs. 10
