Issuance of Certified Copy of Mutation Order

  1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
  2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
  3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
  4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents (view in the Requirements tab)
  5. An applicant has to make the payment at the time of submission of application form.
  6. Once payment is successful, application is being forwarded to the officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.
  7. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
  8. After successful completion of the service within 5 working days, Issuance of Certified Copy of Mutation Order is generated. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email and the applicant can download it from ARTPS portal.
  9. Applicants are not required to visit the service delivery offices and get in touch with concerned authorities except in cases where inspection/site visit/physical visit of applicant/hearing is mandated by extant acts and rules. Also the information provided in the website is updated.

Supporting Documents :

  1. Mutation case no. generated during application for the mutation order and name of parties for which copy of Mutation (Registration). Order/Miscellaneous Case Order is sought [Mandatory].
  2. Up to date Land revenue receipt in respect of the land applied for [Mandatory].
  3. Court fee Stamp as per the court fee act [Mandatory].

Stipulated Time Limit : 05 days if no objection from any person is filed (as per ARTPS citizen charter)

Fees :

  1. Rs. 20/- will be charged as Application Fees ( Mode of Payment will be Online )
